Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and any data associated with you in the Golf Hack app.

Request deletion by email

To request that your account and associated data be deleted, send us an email using the button below. Please send it from the email address you use, and include the player name(s) or group you'd like removed so we can find your data.

If the button doesn't work, email us directly at kno0420@gmail.com with the subject line "Golf Hack Account & Data Deletion Request".

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete the following from our database:

Player names and handicaps you added
Bets, money/winnings entries, and beverage orders associated with you
Music queue entries and activity logs you created

We do not store passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, location, or payment information in the app, so there is no such data to delete.

How long it takes

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. We may retain limited information only where required to comply with legal obligations; otherwise, your data is removed permanently and cannot be recovered.
